Minot, N.D. – Spring has finally arrived and with that the Minot Park District wants you to Unplug & Play.  We live in a digitally distracting world that sometimes causes us to miss the little things happening before our eyes.  The Minot Park District challenges you to put away the electronics and enjoy the summer season that is upon us.

The Souris Valley Golf Course is open and ready for golfers of all ages and Jack Hoeven Wee Links, a real, kids sized golf course, will be ready for play in May.  The Roosevelt Park Zoo will open on Saturday, April 28 for the summer season with many new projects on the horizon.  Our staff is busy getting the parks spruced up from the winter and invite our citizens to come out an enjoy it all.

We also have sports complexes including the recently renovated Corbett Field and the Jack Hoeven baseball complex, Optimist Soccer Complex, Maysa Arena which includes the new addition of the Pepsi Arena, Roosevelt Park Zoo, Roosevelt Park 50m Pool, Oak Park Splash Pad, Radio City Splash Pad, Dakota Bark Park, Souris Valley Golf Course and Jack Hoeven Wee Links.
