Minot Park District Welcomes New Roosevelt Park Zoo Director
Minot, ND- The Minot Park District along with the Greater Minot Zoological Society is excited to announce Jeff Bullock as the Director of the Roosevelt Park Zoo. Jeff has over 35-years of experience working at zoological institutions with 20 of those years serving in a leadership role.
Ron Merritt, Executive Director of the Minot Park District said “We are excited to welcome Jeff to the Magic City. We believe with Jeff’s vision and experience that he will make an immediate impact to the Roosevelt Park Zoo.”
“I am excited to lead the team at the Roosevelt Park Zoo, as a leader I recognize that the staff is the backbone of any organization.” Says, Jeff Bullock, Roosevelt Park Zoo Director. “It is obvious the Zoo is an integral part of the Minot Community. I am looking forward to sharing my passion and experience to continue to further develop a thriving facility.”
Jeff is a University of Florida graduate and has been a Professional Fellow with the Association of Zoos & Aquariums since 1990. He is also a member of the Zoo Conservation Outreach group and served on the Board of Directors for twelve years. Jeff has been an active member of the Rotary Club since 2012.
