Souris Valley Golf Course Set to Open

Minot, ND- The Minot Park District is excited to announce the Souris Valley Golf Course is set to open on Friday, April 10.  The hours for the course at this time will be 9:00am to dusk daily as weather allows. 

The Minot Park District encourages all golfers to follow these golf course procedures for safety during this COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Reservations must be made in advance for tee times in 10-minute increments. Reservations can be made by calling the Souris Valley golf course at 701-857-4189. Payment information will be taken over the phone at the time of reservation.  There will be a maximum of four players allowed in a group.   Golfers are encouraged to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. 
  • Pull carts are allowed and golf carts are available to rent. Golf carts will be single rider only unless they live in the same household.
  • The clubhouse will be closed to the public at this time.  The restrooms will be accessible on the West entrance of the building as well as restrooms on the course.   
  • Flag sticks will remain on the course but are not to be removed by golfers.  A hole liner will be in place two inches above the green.

It is important to note that all golf carts, push carts, restrooms, driving range tokens and baskets will be sanitized throughout the day. 

The safety of our staff and our patrons is of the utmost importance to the Minot Park District.  We have put these guidelines in place to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
