22 Dec Minot Park District is Branching Out with Hess Corporation
The Minot Park District along with Hess corporation and second graders from John Hoeven Elementary school are Branching Out by providing Christmas cards to residents of Edgewood Vista.
“The mission of the Minot Park District is to provide quality of life for our community, including all ages and abilities.” Says Ron Merritt, Minot Parks Executive Director. “With the Branching Out campaign and a great community partner like HESS Corporation it allows us to get out into our community and connect with people that otherwise might not be able to use our facilities.”
Residents from Edgewood Vista will receive a Christmas card along with a Christmas door hanger made by the second-grade classrooms at John Hoeven Elementary School in Minot.
“We are pleased to support programs that aim to improve the quality of life for individuals and families in the communities where we live and work,” says Brent Lohnes, Hess General Manager in North Dakota. “It’s always exciting to see organizations come together, like the Minot Park District, schools, and the private sector to make a difference.”
