Outdoor Rinks & Winter Activities
Opening December 17, 2022.
Get on the ice, outside! The Minot Park District maintains 4 outdoor rinks. Whether it be skating, hockey, or just learning; outdoor rinks are the perfect winter activity.
When school is in session, rinks will be open:
4:00- 9:30 pm – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
12:00 – 9:30 pm – Saturday & Sunday

Saturday, December 24th – Closed (Christmas Eve)
Sunday, December 25th – Closed (Christmas Day)
Monday, December 26th – Friday, December 30th – 12:00 – 9:30 pm
Saturday, December 31st – 12:00 – 5:00 pm (Early Close / New Year’s Eve)
Sunday, January 1st – Closed (New Years Day)
Monday, January 2nd – 12:00pm – 9:30pm
Monday, January 17th – 2:00pm – 9:30pm (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

Outdoor Activities

Cross Country Skis and Snowshoes are available to rent at the Corbett Field warming house starting December 17th (if weather allows).
Monday – Friday 4:00-9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 12:00-9:30pm
Located at 13th Street SE & East Burdick Expy (behind Corbett Field)
The cost for rental skis and snowshoes is $7. Rental skis and snowshoes are to be used on Minot Park District Property only. Trails are groomed at the Moose Park & Oak Park when snow conditions allow
Sledding Hill
Tube Rentals open Saturday, December 17, 2022
Enjoy sledding at Souris Valley Golf Course during the winter months (as weather allows)!
Souris Valley Golf Course is located at 2400 14th Ave SW.
Please see map for the designated sledding location.
*Tube rentals are available for $5 on select days.
– Parent or guardian must sign a waiver if under 18
*Minot Park District reminds citizens to use extreme caution and keep safety in mind when using the sledding hills and all outdoor facilities.
*There is no warming house or restroom open at this time.
*Please avoid tracking on the groom cross country trails.
*No motorized vehicles are permitted on the snow trails or sledding hill.
