30 Jul Minot Park District Announces New Director of Marketing and Development
The Minot Park District is excited to announce Ashley Gathman as the Director of Marketing and Development.
Ashley has been a dedicated member of the Minot Park District team since 2018, advancing from Recreation Office Coordinator to Program Specialist before stepping into this leadership role. Throughout her time with the Minot Park District, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, and a deep commitment to the community and Minot Park District.
In addition to her strengths in communication, event planning, and public engagement, Ashley brings a well-rounded background in marketing, design, and internal operations. She has been instrumental in managing the Minot Park District’s website, social media presence, and internal systems.
Beyond her work with the Park District, Ashley serves as Vice President of the Minot Public School Foundation Board. In that role, she has contributed to the organization’s rebranding, developing community partnerships, and supporting long-term strategic planning efforts.
“Ashley’s creativity, dedication, and technical knowledge are integral to moving the Minot Park District forward,” said Elly DesLauriers, Executive Director of the Minot Park District. “We’re excited to see her bring those talents and vision into her new role.”
