Minot Parks Launches New Trails App
Minot, ND- The Minot Park District is excited to announce the launch of their new Trails App. The new trails app will make it easy for smartphone users to find and navigate trails, find park locations, receive information on events, and easy to navigate directions from your exact location.
“The goal of this new app is to make it easy for trail users of all levels to navigate our trail system.” Says Ron Merritt, Executive Director of the Minot Park District. “As the app started to evolve, we found the capabilities are far more than just trails. App users will be able to find the nearest park from their exact location as well as trails and facilities. They will also be able to get up to date information on weather-related announcements regarding programs right from their mobile device.”
The Minot Park App will guide you to events, trails, facilities, and parks. It will also allow users to download maps offline. The new trails app is available on apple and android phones by searching Minot Park District.
“As the Minot Park District is it our goal to get accurate information to our users as quickly and conveniently as possible.” Says Merritt. “We believe this app will be a huge asset to our staff and our community.”
